...a tribute to becoming a doctor.
Refrigerator is here. They were right on freakin' time. I like it muchly.
Used the sensor reheat on the new microwave today. I just hit the button. And a little while later it beeped, "Let stand covered." I took the food out thern. Nice and warm...not overdone.
Is there a point at which one's appliances are too smart for one's own good?

I get scared at the appliences that greet you. I've seen both a DVD player and a Microwave that write out 'Hello...' or 'Good Morning'/'Good Evening' or... 'Goodbye' when you turn them off. I personally want a refrigerator that I can set to only open at meal-times. And have it say in a chinese accent, 'No fat girl, you have all you can eat'. I think it would amuse me to no end. ^.^

SWEEEEET! There is nothing greater than having appliances do as they should. Now if you can only teach the fridge to make toast and fill itself when it's empty, you got it MADE!

At least you didn't buy the singing microwave. That thing was scary. Even gave out recipes...but it was posessed. Had to be. Even had an evil-looking, sickly green color for the display.
