I did it!

Angel, on the phone with me this afternoon, post-Curves (I went!): You have something here from the National Board of Medical Examiners.

I told him to open it.

My Step II scores are back. A passing score is 182, or 75 on the 2-digit scale.

I got a 243. On the 2-digit, I got a 98.

Most scores, it says, fall between 140 and 260. The mean is approximately 216, standard deviation approximately 23.

The tails of the bars on my performance profile dip down to Borderline for a very few; for the most part they were firmly ensconced in "Higher Performance".

I did it, O Best Beloved. I passed, and more than passed. I popped a full standard deviation above the mean.

Hallelu.
